        Who:         Two year olds (24-36 months)

        When:       Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday and Thursday.
                         August through May (closed during school holidays).  Summer Camp is in June and July.
                         8:30-11:30 a.m., 8:30-12:00p.m. or 8:30-2:00 p.m.

        Fee:         $50 Registration Fee; $35 Supply Fee

     Your tuition is due the first day of the month your child is scheduled to attend. You will be responsible
for paying for the entire month.  Credit will not be given to a child not in attendance regardless of the
reason as the expenses of the program remain the same whether your child is in attendance or not.

ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO PASADENA COMMUNITY CHURCH SCHOOL (PCCS).
     Tuition not paid on time will be charged a $5 late fee after the 10th of the month.

Guidelines:    Enrollment is limited and will have the proper student/teacher ratio. Required paper work
      and forms must be on file prior to starting the program.

      Families are required to bring in diapers and wipes each week as well as any other necessary
      items.  We ask that you bring in a change of clothes that can remain in the room.  Please be
      sure that all items are clearly marked with your child’s name.

      A snack is provided each morning.  If your child is staying for lunch, then it is the
      responsibility of the parent to provide a nutritious lunch.

Late fees:     Christian Playgroup is over at 11:30, 12:00 or 2:00. Please be prompt in picking up your child
       at your stated time.  If you are late, there will be a charge of $5 per every fifteen minutes
       you are late.  Your monthly invoice will reflect any late charges.  While we understand that
       emergencies do happen, each situation will be handled individually.  Please know that this
       policy is strictly enforced.

Withdrawal:  You may withdraw your child at any time upon giving two weeks notice of your intent to do so.
      You will be responsible for tuition payment until we receive that notification.  You may re-
      enter the program at a later date provided space is available and payment of a second
      registration fee.  FAILURE TO MEET YOUR FINANCIAL OBLIGATION WILL RESULT IN
      YOUR CHILD BEING DISMISSED FROM THE PROGRAM.

Goal:             To provide a quality preschool that is age appropriate and nurtures the whole child through
      their process of growth and development.

Purpose:         To offer an opportunity for children to grow, interact and explore in a loving, nurturing,
       Christian environment.

Discipline      The staff of Christian Playgroup recognizes that many discipline problems can be prevented in
Policy:            young children through the use of consistent routines, and engaging classroom environment
       and  the practice of using positive encouragement.  In spite of precautions, inappropriate
       behavior does sometime happen.  In this event, the staff will redirect behavior, use positive
       reinforcement and help supply the child with words and language to aide in helping make good
       choices.  Discipline is never associated with food, rest, or toileting.  Spanking, shaking or any
       other form of punishment is strictly prohibited.
