Pasadena Community Church Pre-School
|

Hello, my name is Angie Hadley. I am the director here at Pasadena Community Church Preschool. I started
working in the field of Early Childhood back in 1990 with the goal of some day being a preschool director. I began
at PCCS in 2000 as a teacher of three-year-olds. In 2004 I became the assistant to the director of children’s
ministries at Pasadena Community Church. During this time I was responsible for directing the Mother’s Morning
Out and Christian Playgroup programs. I was successful in getting both of these programs licensed and
accredited as part of our preschool. In 2005 I was blessed with the opportunity to become the director of our
preschool which, for me, fulfilled many of my dreams and aspirations. I have a wonderful family that includes my
two sons Tony and J.T. whom I spend practically all of my spare time with as we enjoy many weekly activities and
family outings. It has been a true honor working here at PCCS with such a wonderful team as my staff; we will
continue to make this school one of the best in our community.
Greetings, my name is Mr. Cote’ and I act as the assistant to the director here at Pasadena Community Church
Preschool. I am originally from Boston and come from a large family setting. My educational background is in Early
Childhood and I consider it my passion to work with young children. I started working here at PCCS in the summer
of 2001, as a camp leader for Pre-Kindergarten. That fall I accepted a position as the Blue Dot associate teacher
and was fortunate enough to work with a highly motivated and experienced group of teachers that helped me
learn, grow, and realize my importance to both this school and the profession of Early Childhood. I enjoy working
with different age groups and feel that in my administrative role I am able to reach more children and families on a
daily basis. I also coordinate childcare for the church nursery and you will see me every Sunday during church
services and at our popular monthly Parent’s Night Out program. I feel truly blessed to have this opportunity to
work with all the staff, children, and families at PCCS.
My name is Petie Mizell and this is my 9th year here at Pasadena Community Church Preschool. I started working
here as an elementary teacher and as our school changed to meet the needs of our community and we began to
grow I became the office administrative assistant. This turned out to be a blessing, since during that year I became
a mother of two wonderful twin boys, Parker and Patrick, who are now three and attend our school. I am grateful
that my schedule here in the office allows me to spend quality time with my family. When you call the office you will
probably reach me and I just wanted everyone to know that my unique name is not Katie, but Petie. My major
responsibilities here in the office include student files, accounts payable and general clerical tasks. I am always
willing to help families, staff, and children. It is my pleasure to be a part of this wonderful team and terrific school.
